I focus on a client's freedom of choice and responsibility while developing self awareness. While I believe that things happen in our past that we have no control over, I also believe that we create our own destiny, life situations, problems, and dysfunctional beliefs in the present.

With gentle yet direct confrontation, I try to help to change negative emotions which then lead to behavior results. I believe that a client must put into action what he/she has learned as an integral part of therapy.
